- If you’re fundraising, ask for donations or gather your pledges for your activity
- As you do your activity, update your supporters on your progress.
- To help others learn about the impact you’re making, connect the amount of reps you do or the amount of time you’re doing it to a statistic related to your cause
- Do your activity for as long as you can safely
