So they can spark positive change: starting with themselves, starting in their own communities. We call it Sweating For Good®.
The program is a paid, and immersive opportunity. Fellows work collaboratively with, and learn from, the Positive Tracks team.
What Fellows Do
Fellows will coach peers to create change, mobilize and recruit young people to participate in our free Challenges Program, and develop connections within a network of mentors. Check out the full Fellowship role description here.
The Impact
Fellows lead, ignite and catalyze meaningful change in communities and serve as a bridge connecting young people to Positive Tracks.
Fellowship Benefits
This paid Fellowship is an immersive experience that provides a co-created flexible schedule, professional development opportunities, a Board mentor, and an opportunity to focus on an area of interest during the term.
Fellowship Location
This role is for a Youth Leadership Fellow who will be based in the Greater Boston area or Upper Valley Region of
VT/NH.
Meet Our 2024 Fellows
Oumou Fall
Oumou is a senior at Umass Boston, studying ethics and social philosophy. After graduating she’s planning on helping change the world, starting with her local communities. She grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts and has a West African background being from Mali. She loves to travel, and see new things and meet new people. When she’s not wander-lusting, you can find her trying to learn something new, in the kitchen or at a plant store.

Owen Bauer-Lepofsky
Born and raised in Carrboro, North Carolina, Owen is an avid soccer player, reader, sports fanatic, and loves to play card and board games with his friends and family (you should ask him to show you his hidden talent for shuffling cards if you get the chance!). Owen is studying at Boston University, majoring in Education and Human Development and minoring in English, which he hopes will lead to working as a teacher in the future. Owen is excited to combine his love of sports and physical activity with his passion for social justice and empowering youth in his new role as a Positive Tracks Youth Leadership Fellow.
