YOU’LL NEED: 

  1. A goal for the number of burpees you and your team will do in a given amount of time. For example: 10 per day for 10 days= 100 burpees
  2. A team of friends, classmates, family members who want to get in on the burpee action.

HOW IT GOES DOWN:

  1. Ask for pledges for the number of burpees you will complete.
  2. Make sure to update your supporters on your progress.
