Run: Over ⅓ of Challenges
Running is the most popular choice among our Captains! Whether it’s solo jogs, relay races, or planning a full 5K fundraiser, running is a powerful way to rally for a cause.
But just because it’s popular doesn’t mean it’s right for everyone—and that’s totally okay. Your Challenge should be as unique as you are.
Ideas to Try:
- Set a mileage goal over the course of a day, week, or month.
- Create a running competition with a couple of friends, let the winner pick the non-profit to fundraise for!
- Host a color run or a glow run

- Stroll through the city or local landmarks
- Walk to class/school instead of taking the bus!
