  6. Burpees are an awesome, calorie-torching, strength building, full-body exercise!
  7. Your core/arms/pretty much any body part could use a tune-up.
  8. Beats the heck out of Fartees

 

YOU’LL NEED: 

  1. A flatish space out of the way of traffic or a herd of animals, but otherwise anywhere is game. Watch:

HOW IT GOES DOWN:

  1. Decide on the number of burpees you will do in a given time frame. (1,000 burpees in one week).
  2. Ask friends to join your challenge.
  3. Set up your fundraising page and share it. Ask everyone you know to support you by making a donation or giving a certain amount per burpee. ($.25 per burpee)
