POSITIVE TRACKS HAS A THREE-FOLD VISION TO:

·      Foster youth fitness & wellness by cultivating a growing global movement to help young people use sport as an agent for social change – on both a personal and broad scale

·      Enable hands-on philanthropy, civic engagement, volunteerism, and service learning opportunities

·      Incentivize youth activism, and leverage donors’ dollars, through Positive Tracks Youth Challenge Grants

OUR OUTCOMES ARE MEASURED BY:

·      Youth Reached: We track both broad reach and programmatic reach

·      Miles Traveled:  Formulas gauging average movement gained per sport enable Positive Tracks to measure physical outcomes of youth participants

·      Dollars Raised:  See past and projected outcomes.

WE ARE STRATEGICALLY GROWING THE:

·      Broad youth call to action and programmatic reach

·      Positive Tracks Funding Alliance

·      Positive Tracks Youth Challenge Grants

·      Total miles traveled by Positive Tracks youth participants via various athletic activities

WE WILL CONTINUE TO:

·      Grow our base of funding support so we can reach more kids, accrue more miles, and raise more dollars for multiple charities

·      Promote active, healthy, compassionate, outdoor lifestyles through team-building, service learning fitness activities, and volunteer opportunities·      Provide leadership, incentive, support and guidance in connecting kids, causes, mentors, and donors

·      Be the connective tissue between philanthropies, corporations, and charities interested in youth engagement and the power of sport as an agent for change

OUR STRATEGIC ALLIANCES HELP US TO:

·    Support a global youth development model that launches the concept of youth “philanthletics” (philanthropy + athletics) brought to scale

·    Avail the world’s youngest generation to the benefits of active, outdoor lifestyles, hands-on philanthropy, volunteerism, and community engagement

·    Help multiple charities make their own organizations more effectively through engaging and empowering young people

·    Use the momentum of sport to tackle obesity, poverty, hunger, disease; to protect our planet; to magnify compassion and human connection; to promote social integration for the disabled; to empower minorities and women

·    Access the universal language of sport to help young people reach across boundaries to champion change so that youth voices become global voices of action
