GET ACTIVE & GIVE BACK AWARD NOMINEE

WHO: Roy Standing, 19, from Cape Collegiate High School in Virginia

WHAT: Raised $2,200 for Lacrosse the Nations.

HOW: Roy says, “At my high school we are encouraged to create a senior project in which we are given free time in order to pursue community service or other fields of interest. I wanted to incorporate lacrosse into mine and knowing about LtN previously it was the perfect project for me. We hosted a Scoop for Loot game and each player on the boys varsity lacrosse team was given a $200 goal to reach.”

BEST PART ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE WAS:“We get to help children in need and make positive impacts in their lives while doing it through a game that we all love.”

THE POSITIVE TRACKS DOUBLE DOLLAR DEAL HELPED ME BY: “Making our impact on these children’s lives much greater!”
