WE WILL ROCK YOU! Positive Tracks bring day-long Launches to schools, organizations, youth groups and corporations to deliver the Positive Tracks Curriculum and call to action. The goal is inspiration, sweat, fun and inclusivity as youth share energy, ideas and experience with peers and Positive Tracks coaches.

WHAT DOES A POSITIVE TRACKS LAUNCH LOOK LIKE? We practice agility though obstacle courses; endurance and strength through relays and rock workouts; and grit through Burpees (lots of them). We practice healthy risk-taking and jumping out of our comfort zones by nailing confident, effective introductions and pitches – and even the Positive Tracks Sweat For Good BoScreen Shot 2016-08-24 at 9.37.32 AMogie. We talk community, team-building and philanthropy; the importance of inclusivity; the power of gratitude. With a bit of Swedish Dodgeball and Jello Drops thrown in for good measure, we demonstrate the importance of getting active and giving backOur end goal?
