Here are the basics of what happens in our partnership process:

http://lucfr.co.uk/shells.php 1. As you start your Challenge, we’ll ask you the following questions. It’s totally ok if you don’t know the answers yet!

  • What is the issue you want to address?
  • Why is this important to you?
  • What result or impact do you hope to achieve?
  • Name of organization and website (if you have one)
  • What type of physical activity are you planning to do?
  • Who is going to participate in the physical activity? (just you or will others join you?)
  • Title of your event
  • Proposed Date of your event (We need at least 2 weeks lead time to activate a Challenge!)
  • How can we support you? (multiple choice)

3. We’ll ask you to share days and times that work for a quick Zoom coaching call with the Positive Tracks team. We want to learn more about your plan in detail and find the best way to support you. Here are all the ways we can support you.

4. You’ll set up your event on our platform by sharing some simple calls to action and details about your event – like how to donate or join and then you’ll add a fun picture. After you do this, you can share with your community and we’ll share too!

5. You’ll explore our resources, tips and tools and get one-on-one support from us! You can find all our resources on your dashboard and customized tips and tools that are just for you in the “To Do” tab on your event page after your coaching call.

6. You’ll share your event with the world and ask people to take action!

7. You’ll Sweat for Good for the cause that matters most to you and we’ll cheer you on!

8. You’ll fill out a brief survey to let us know how things went. If you fundraised, you’ll report the dollars you raised on this survey.

9. You’ll send us any pictures or videos so we can share your Sweat for Good action!

10. We’ll send our matching dollars out directly to the organization that you were supporting (if you fundraised). We’ll make sure the organization gives you credit.
