CHaD Hero Half Marathon & Ripcord 5k
The CHaD HERO Half Marathon in Hanover, NH, took place on Oct. 20, 2013, supporting CHaD, the Children's Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock. Positive Tracks and Funding Partners awarded a $200,000 Positive Tracks Challenge Grant to CHaD in 2013, which Positive Track participants actualized into more than $420,000 for CHaD. The Dempsey Challenge
The Dempsey Challenge in Lewiston, ME, took place on Oct 11-13, 2013, benefiting The Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer Hope & Healing. Positive Tracks and Funding Partners awarded a $108,500 Positive Tracks Youth Challenge Grant to The Dempsey Center in 2013, which Positive Tracks participants actualized into over $220,00 for The Dempsey Center in 2013. Ride 2 Recovery
8 high school juniors from St. Paul's School, in NH, ventured on a 34 day, 3,400 mile trek across the country this summer, raising over $165,00 for Ride2Recovery, a CA charity supporting veterans and veteran rehab through cycling.
Positive Tracks supports and matches multiple Grassroot Soccer HIV Prevention and Awareness 3v3 Tournaments happening in multiple states during Mar-Nov of 2013. Positive Tracks becomes Title Partner of Grassroot Soccer's 3v3 Tournaments in 2014, supporting and matching 85 GRS 3v3 tournaments Powered By Positive Tracks across the nation.
Positive Tracks helped raised over $10,000 for Turtle Ridge Foundation through BodeFest '13 at Cannon Mountain in Franconia, NH in April, 2013. Positive Tracks was also Title Sponsor of BodeBash Tennis and Golf events over summer 2013, raising over $6,000 for Turtle Ridge Foundation. The Lost Mountain Project
The Lost Mountain Project pushes the bounds of science, adventure and conservation, exploring this trifecta in the culminating Lost Mountain Film produced by Ukalene Productions and Additive Adventure With Majka Burhardt. In May, 2014, a team of biologists led by Majka Burhardt and Kate Rutherford will climb the 2,000′ cliff face of Mozambique’s second highest mountain. 18 year-old Charlie Harrison joins the effort to help the Lost Mountain Adventure Team ask the question: what impact can one mountain have — for science, for wildlife, and for people, both locally and around the world? Soccer Without Borders
Soccer Without Borders uses soccer as a vehicle for positive change, running year-round youth development programs in the USA and abroad. The Soccer Without Borders’ Ambassadors Program rallies young people to “Play for Change, Coach for Change, or Get Moving for Change” at their school or in their communities. Ambassadors engage thousands of community members annually through events nationwide, including soccer tournaments, skills clinics, dedicated game days, 5K walks/runs, Zumba classes, and much, much more! Positive Tracks is Presenting Partner of Soccer Without Borders Ambassador Events and matches fundraising for 50+ Ambassador Events plus money raised through independent, youth-powered efforts supporting SWB.
